BECOME A SPONSOR

Becoming a sponsor is easy and there are many options:
  • Sponsor one or more attendees at the Facilitator Certification Clinics. Having more facilitators is an important component for ensuring that the Traditional Native Games program grows and stays strong. Clinic registration fee is $250.00 for each participant.
  • Sponsor one or more individuals to attend summer game camps. Fees range from $50.00 to $250.00 per individual
  • Sponsor an entire event: advertising, travel expenses/per-diem for instructors, cost of materials for craft workshop segment, rental of event facilities - $6500.00
  • Sponsor the attendance of your own organization.
  • You will be listed on our HONORED SPONSOR page.

FULL EVENT SPONSOR - CHECKLIST

THE PROCESS:

Our Executive Director will prepare a contract.

We like to have the web page and forms ready for you as early as possible to provide best exposure for the event - HOWEVER, we need you to help facilitate with the components  as soon as you have decided the event date(s) 
  • Physical location of the event
  • Phone contact, email and/or facility address for registrations
  • Do you have a website URL you would like included on the event web page?
  • Do you have a logo? If so, and you want it included on the web page - please send a digital file (.jpg, png, gif,
  • Will you be sponsoring 40 or designated number of attendees at no cost to them?
  • Are you covering their meals?  If so which ones?
  • If you plan to charge a fee to the attendees, how much?
  • A final Registration/Release form (we provide a draft) which we place on your web page for download. Download sample Reg/Release form  
  • A final schedule developed by you and the Executive Director - will be posted on the event web page
  • If you plan to create your own flyer - the ITGS LOGO MUST BE included Download ITGS logo 
  • Once we have the page ready, you will be sent the URL/link.
  • The flyer you create - or we create - down-loadable flyer will be in 2 versions of PDF:
  1. 8.5x11 for digital sharing 
  2. 9x11.5 - these dimensions allow for printing without white edges. If you have flyers professionally printed, the printer will know this as a "bleed"
  • Use link and flyer for printing/distributing/posting locally, forward the flyer and link.
